R. Haris Naseem, MD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Haris Naseem is the Chief Executive Officer of DataQ Health where he leads a mission-driven, innovation-focused healthcare organization committed to transforming care delivery through value-based care, technology integration, and patient-centered models. A seasoned physician and healthcare entrepreneur, Dr. Naseem brings a rare blend of deep clinical expertise and strategic vision to the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
As a practicing Cardiac Electrophysiologist, Dr. Naseem understands firsthand the challenges faced by both providers and patients in navigating fragmented care systems. This perspective informs his commitment to building integrated, coordinated, and data-driven care platforms at DataQ – where the goal is not only to treat illness, but to proactively manage population health and drive improved outcomes across the continuum of care.
Throughout his career, Dr. Naseem has founded or co-founded more than 10 healthcare-related ventures, including DataQ Health, Premier Independent Physicians Group Inc., and Summus Healthcare. These ventures reflect his longstanding focus on applying technology, automation, and intelligent data systems to reduce inefficiencies, enhance care quality, and support physicians in the delivery of team-based, patient-centric care.
At DataQ Health, Dr. Naseem leads the development of a scalable care model that incorporates advanced care coordination, remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), behavioral health integration (BHI), and robust health IT infrastructure. Under his leadership, DataQ Health has expanded its clinical footprint while deploying platforms that improve interoperability, provider communication, and real-time access to patient data – all essential components of modern, value-based healthcare.
A graduate of Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Naseem completed his residency at the Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center, the University of Connecticut, and Hennepin County Medical Center. He further specialized with fellowships in Cardiology, Molecular Cardiology, and Cardiac Electrophysiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Through his work at DataQ Health and beyond, Dr. Naseem remains committed to advancing care that is accessible, coordinated, and technologically enabled, while empowering providers and improving the lives of the patients they serve.
Dr. Naseem resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and their three children. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is passionate about medical innovation, mentorship, expanding access to high-quality care across diverse populations, and playing pickleball at every opportunity.
Julie Do
Chief Financial Officer
Julie Do serves as the Chief Financial Officer of DataQ Health, where she leads the organization’s financial strategy and stewardship across its expanding network of technology-enabled care platforms. With a career spanning more than two decades in healthcare finance and administration, Julie brings a deep understanding of how to align financial operations with the delivery of coordinated, high-quality, and cost-effective care.
Prior to joining DataQ Health, Julie held executive finance roles as Vice President of Finance for Methodist Dallas and Methodist Charlton, and previously served as Hospital CFO for Health Management Associates (HMA). In these roles, she led enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives, helping major health systems navigate changing reimbursement models and a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Her work enables the organization to invest in technology infrastructure, such as remote patient monitoring (RPM), electronic health records (EHRs), and data analytics platforms that drive clinical and operational excellence.
Julie partners closely with clinical, operations, and technology leaders to ensure that financial strategy is seamlessly integrated into care delivery. This includes supporting care coordination models, closing gaps in care, and helping to optimize outcomes while reducing unnecessary utilization. She plays a key role in analyzing risk-based contracts, payer performance, and quality incentive programs that directly impact patient care and organizational sustainability.
Julie holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Colleyville, Texas, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Julie is actively involved in supporting community-based initiatives focused on access, equity, and innovation in care delivery.
Bilal Aslam
Chief Technical Officer
Bilal Aslam is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with a commitment to transforming care delivery through innovative solutions. As the Chief Technical Officer at DataQ Health, he spearheads the development and implementation of advanced technological platforms that empower healthcare providers to excel in value-based care environments.
With a robust background in software development and strategic technology deployment, Bilal has been instrumental in creating unified platforms that address the complexities of population health management. His leadership has facilitated the integration of disparate health information systems, enhancing interoperability and enabling seamless care coordination across various healthcare settings.
Bilal’s expertise extends to leveraging data analytics and machine learning to provide actionable insights for healthcare providers. By harnessing these technologies, he aids in identifying at-risk populations, optimizing care pathways, and improving patient outcomes -all while reducing costs.
Under his guidance, DataQ Health has developed tools that support chronic care management, transitional care, and remote patient monitoring, aligning with the goals of value-based care models. These innovations not only enhance clinical decision-making but also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
Bilal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Quaid-e-Azam University. His passion for technology and its potential to revolutionize healthcare continues to drive his work in creating scalable, patient-centered solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
Matt Beresford
SVP, Customer Engagement & Business Development
Matt Beresford is a people-first healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of experience dedicated to supporting providers as they navigate the complexities of value-based care. With a leadership approach grounded in trust, clarity, and collaboration, Matt brings deep operational insight and a strong commitment to aligning people and performance in service of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Throughout his career, Matt has held key leadership roles across DataQ Health and its affiliated organizations, including Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Value-Based Care, and Vice President of Provider Relations. In each of these roles, he has focused on empowering providers with the tools, technology, and infrastructure needed to succeed in evolving reimbursement models. His work centers on simplifying the transition from volume to value by enhancing care coordination, expanding access, and supporting financial sustainability across diverse clinical settings.
Matt has led the development and execution of strategies to support providers in accountable care organizations (ACOs), bundled payment models, and other risk-based contracts. He has helped practices optimize for risk adjustment, improve performance on quality measures, and integrate chronic care management, transitional care management, and remote patient monitoring into their operational workflows. These initiatives not only strengthen clinical outcomes but also ensure providers are appropriately compensated under Medicare Shared Savings Programs (MSSP), direct contracting models, and commercial value-based arrangements.
With a strong foundation in healthcare technology, Matt prioritizes systems that enable real-time insights, interoperability, and digital engagement. He understands that success in value-based care depends on actionable data, cross-functional teamwork, and seamless coordination – both clinically and administratively.

Merena Tindall, RN
Vice President, Clinical Programs
Merena Tindall serves as the Vice President of Clinical Programs at DataQ Health, where she leads the organization’s clinical strategy for comprehensive care coordination and patient engagement. A Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, Merena oversees an integrated portfolio of care management programs designed to improve outcomes and reduce costs across diverse patient populations.
At DataQ Health, Merena is responsible for the design and execution of advanced care models, including chronic care management (CCM), transitional care management (TCM), behavioral health integration (BHI), and remote patient monitoring (RPM). Her leadership ensures that these programs are deeply aligned with value-based care initiatives, supporting both clinical quality and financial performance through proactive, technology-enabled care coordination.
Merena is a champion of patient-centric, team-based models that bridge gaps between primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, and social determinants of health. Under her guidance, DataQ Health has implemented digital platforms and real-time data tools that allow care teams to monitor patient progress, identify risk factors, and intervene earlier—key components of achieving success in value-based care contracts and risk-sharing arrangements.
With a strong background in both academic and clinical environments, Merena previously held leadership roles at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and Cleveland Clinic–Nevada, where she contributed to initiatives in clinical research, complex care coordination, and chronic disease management. She holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) and a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Nurse (MSCN), underscoring her commitment to evidence-based care and continuous professional development.
Merena plays a central role in ensuring DataQ Health’s care delivery model supports population health, improves patient engagement, and leverages interoperable technology solutions to streamline provider workflows and reduce administrative burden. Her work is focused on driving better health outcomes while ensuring care is coordinated, connected, and compassionate.
Merena earned her nursing degree from South Plains College and resides in Sanger, Texas, with her husband. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is passionate about mentoring nurses and care managers, actively supports efforts to improve healthcare access and quality for underserved populations, and enjoys weekly date nights with her grandchildren.
