We seek an enthusiastic Clinical Therapeutic Coordinator for our Care Management department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oncology regimens built up in a knowledge-based library: Review and analyze research papers and clinical studies to build up the latest oncology regimens that are approved by NCCN and FDA and ensure the library remains a comprehensive source for accurate and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
- Clinical trial coding: Analyze and code clinical trials with a focus on oncology and ensuring alignment with best practices
- Policy development and Analysis: Develop, draft, and update oncology drug policies and procedures.
- Research and Analysis: Thoroughly read and analyze research papers, publications, and clinical studies related to oncology drugs and cancer treatment.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality and accuracy of oncology regimens, clinical trials, and drug policies in the library
- Data Validation: Validate clinical therapeutic regimens to ensure their accuracy and relevance based on treatment recommended by nationally recognized oncology organizations (NCCN and FDA).
- Oncology Regimen presentation: Present the developed regimens, coded clinical trials, and policies to senior oncologists and oncology nurses for review and approvals.
- Training and Education: Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology drugs and clinical trials and provide training and education to other team members when necessary.
