Job Overview:
Apply principles and techniques of engineering, mathematics, and computer science to the design, development, and
testing of software applications
Job Responsibilities
• Works well independently; capable of self-motivating and managing.
• Determine business requirements, design, and implement complex data models.
• Provide technical guidance to juniors and review their work.
• Should have capability to communicate cross teams to resolve dependencies.
• Accommodate required payor/source data changes in relevant DataQ data processing algorithms.
• Verify the data loading into DataQ schema.
• Check and resolve bugs highlighted in data update process.
• Analyse SQL code and develop/alter stored procedures, triggers, and SQL jobs where appropriate.
• Review database design and code written by other database and software engineers and assist in optimization.
• Collaborate with the application development team and ensure that overall application design is optimal.
• Attend regular stand-up meetings, take direction, follow recommendations.
• Follow Monthly Data Update process defined by the organization.
• Accurately estimate time required to complete projects and tasks.
• Meet mutually agreed upon deadlines for completion of modules throughout the data updates process.
• Follow DataQ coding standards, best practices, and processes
• Follow the code review process and participate in peer views
• Attend daily huddle and manage DevOps only daily basis

Professional Qualities/Skills
Technical Skills:
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• High expertise in MS SQL SERVER (2014 or above).
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Working in Agile environments, highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of payor/insurance source data (including DataQ data processing algorithms)
• Adequate knowledge of 360 suite
